Guests are encouraged to use all the facilities the property provides including its spacious and secluded gardens. Return visitors to Kirkcudbright will need no introduction to the many interests and attractions that the town and the surrounding countryside offers, including its golf, bird watching, walking, cycling, gardens, history, castles and fishing. The town provides a full programme of festivals as diverse as jazz and art.

The comfortable and spacious residents lounge reflects the Georgian elegance of Gladstone House. The lounge affords views of the High Street and the extensive gardens.
We endeavour to meet special dietry needs provided these are known at the time of booking. We make our own breads and conserves, vegetables are grown in our own gardens and most other produce is sourced locally.
A 4 course dinner at £18 per person is available, by prior arrangement.
