| The Baytree is situated approximately 800 metres from the sea front and 400 metres from Torre Abbey Gardens and the Riviera Centre. The coach and train stations are nearby. Torquay town centre, shops, bars, restaurants, theatre etc are all within easy walking distance.
The Baytree was Highly Commended in the English Riviera Quality Awards for Best Bed and Breakfast 2005 & 2006.
The Baytree is a small family run hotel offering comfortable accommodation, excellent home cooked food and personal attention, all in a relaxed and friendlyatmosphere.
We have 6 letting rooms. All are en-suite with the exception of the single room which has private facilities.
Both our family rooms are en-suite and spacious, with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. In addition a third bed or travel cot can be added to either room without compromising the space.
The two double rooms are comfortably furnished and of ample size. Our superior double room is on the ground floor and is slightly larger and has the benefits of a vanity unit, seating area, refrigerator and a larger television.
All rooms are comfortably furnished as well as having central heating, colour television, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities, bath and hand towels are also provided. Some rooms also benefit from ceiling fans.
Choose from our buffet, offering fruit juices, cereals, yogurts, fruit followed by a choice of hot dishes from our delicious full English breakfast with tea or coffee toast and preserves. A vegetarian breakfast is also available.
Plan the day ahead whilst relaxing over breakfast. We will be happy to recommend places to visit or take the opportunity to look through the brochures that we have.
