| The Rosemont is a spacious and beautifully maintained, late 19th century property that was originally occupied by descendants of Sir Francis Drake.
Standing in a prominent location in the village of Yelverton, overlooking the village green and the moorland of Dartmoor in South West England, The Rosemont is superbly situated for exploring and enjoying the outstanding beauty of the Dartmoor National Park. Yelverton also sits on the Sustrans route 27 cycle path.
This light and airy house was originally converted to a B&B in the 1980's, and is a family run business, now owned and operated by Chris and Julie, who took over the property in 1997. Since then, lots of additional features and comforts have been added for guests’ enjoyment.
