| The Mill at Glynhir - The Golfing Hotel Of Wales.
Originally a 17th Century Water Driven Corn Mill now tastefully converted into a Eleven Bedroom Country Hotel, perched on the side of a beautiful valley, its acres of informal landscaped grounds flow down to the banks of the River Loughor and, with the Brecon Beacons National Park as its backcloth, provides the perfect peaceful Sun Trap.
The Mill has Eleven Individually Designed en-suite bedrooms each with its own Whirlpool Bath, Colour TV, Radio, Hairdryer, Trouser Press, Phone and Hospitality Tray. Most rooms have South facing Terraces or Balconies with Lovely Views. The Dining Room and Lounge are within the confines of the Original Mill with Stone Walls three feet thick.
You can relax before and after your evening meal or at any time of the day in our comfortable and intimate Lounge and Bar. Many new friendships have been made there. Draught beer is available as well as a wide variety of Malt Whiskys. Our heated swimming pool is positioned in the centre of the hotel building and heated to approx 78 degrees. It is perfect for a plunge or a length of 5 or 6 strokes 3 feet to 6 feet deep.
We have a strict policy of no children under the age of 11.
